The problem we solve
Sourcing from China shouldn't be a leap of faith
Most importers source blind. They pick a supplier from page seven of Alibaba, wire money to a bank account they can't verify, and hope the product matches the photos. When something goes wrong — wrong specs, hidden defects, late shipment, disappearing suppliers — they're 10,000 kilometers away with no recourse. I exist to fix that.

Suppliers look identical
Most listings are trading companies pretending to be factories. Without ground-level verification, you can't tell.

Samples that don't match production runs
The sample is hand-finished. The bulk order is rushed. Without in-person QC, you find out only after it lands.

Paying without protection
Wiring USD to an unfamiliar Chinese bank account is one of the most common ways importers lose money.

Logistics that fall apart at the border
Wrong HS codes, missing certificates, and customs delays turn a working budget into a stuck container.
From your brief to your warehouse, in five steps.
From your brief to your warehouse, in five steps.

1. Brief & verify
You tell me what you need. I shortlist three to five verified suppliers, share comparison data, and make a recommendation backed by reasoning.

2. Sample & negotiate
I order samples to my Guangzhou address, inspect them in person, and negotiate terms with the supplier on your behalf.

3. Order & oversee
Once approved, the order is placed through my Hong Kong company. I monitor production with regular updates and visit the factory if needed.

4. Inspect & ship
Pre-shipment QC inspection with a full photo report. I coordinate freight forwarding, customs documentation, and tracking through to delivery.

5. Reconcile & repeat
Final invoice, landed cost reconciliation, and a debrief on what worked. The first order is the hardest — every order after gets faster.
